Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy.

If for some reason you want to return or exchange the product you bought from us, we will refund 100% the amount you paid us, or exchange it for another product of equal value as long as you follow these guidelines:

  • Please first email us to let us know that you intend to return the product. The email address is info@shoreandsunshine.com. From here we’ll give you further information about where to send it.
  • Please send the product back to us within 3 weeks of your original purchase date, together with a proof of purchase.
  • You will need to pay the costs associated with shipping the product back to us.
  • The returned product must be in new and unused condition with packaging included.

Please note that this refund/ exchange policy only applies within 3 weeks of the date of purchase.

Faulty Products

We try to make our products high quality and we hope that there aren’t any faults. If by chance you receive a product that does not meet your expectations please email us at info@shoreandsunshine.com to tell us or show us what is wrong and we will do our best to fix the problem. We will ask you to send the product back to us too so that we can assess it. Products that are damaged as a result of regular wear and tear will not be deemed faulty.
